TOURIST VISAS

If you arrive in Costa Rica with an Irish Passport, you can stay for 90 days without having to pay an entry fee. This visa can be renewed by one of two methods:

  1. Exiting and re-entering the country (e.g. by going to Panama for a weekend)
  2. Paying for a tourist visa extension (you should contact the Costa Rican Embassy in London, regarding this)
