Panama has attracted a diverse collection of Irish people – from merchants centuries ago, to business people in recent years. Today, the Irish in Panama are represented by an Irish Honorary Consulate in Panama City and the Consular Assistance Unit of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland.
